Job summary

Rolls-Royce is recruiting a Programme Lead to join our Project Management Office within Aerospace Procurement. You will manage programmes spanning Civil/Defence engines and Defence Marine products, coordinating Design Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing from customer requirement to initial parts delivery.

You will drive plan, budget, schedule and execution, ensuring Zero Defects as parts move into production, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across

• Project management experience across diverse industries and scales

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute delivery of aero engine and marine product programmes
• Plan, mitigate risk and manage budget approvals for starts/stops
• Be accountable for on-time, on-cost delivery to specs for defined work packages
• Initiate changes with Resource Managers and reallocate resources as needed
• Act as focal point for assigned programmes and provide PMO with necessary information
• Establish, develop and maintain project documentation
• Administer and maintain project plans and integrate with master schedule
• Capture, monitor and report status across the project lifecycle
• Provide stakeholders with information to support management decisions
• Apply continuous improvement to deliver efficiencies and Lean practices
