Job summary

AMLR Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Consett to lead manufacturing teams and drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery and people. The role is a 4-shift pattern (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00), 40.25 hours per week, with pay at £24.63 per hour. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.

You will lead and develop teams, monitor performance, and promote Lean methods to enhance productivity and profitability within a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet targets and customer requirements.
