Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing operation to meet customer requirements.
• Promote Health, Safety & Environmental policies including ISO standards.
• Work with site team to reduce accidents and environmental risks.
• Support site audits and legal requirements to improve safety performance.
• Lead quality and engineering decisions; provide training as needed.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
