Job summary

Metrea in the United Kingdom seeks a Procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing across UK and EU operations, balancing day-to-day buying with strategic delivery and strict cost control. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage POs and contracts, and ensure compliance with GDPR and UK/EU procurement rules.

The role requires aerospace/defence sector experience and strong cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in aerospace/defence.
• Experience with ERP systems (AMOS, D365) and incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end tactical purchasing and convert requisitions to POs/contracts.
• Coordinate with UK/EU suppliers and support mid-tier contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, contract compliance and savings.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Modern Slavery Act and procurement laws.
• Support internal stakeholders to meet demand.
