Job summary

Ontic is seeking a PMO Quality Lead to drive quality excellence across aerospace programmes, overseeing FAIs, process verifications and regulatory approvals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, licensors, customers and suppliers to ensure best practices and compliance with UK CAA, FAA, EASA and military requirements.

Qualifications

• Proactive and collaborative quality professional with a strong technical background.
• Experience in regulated aerospace environments and knowledge of Part 145 audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive completion of quality approvals and FAIs across programmes.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals (UK CAA, FAA, EASA, Military) and transfer activities.
• Collaborate with licensors, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
• Lead actions on non-conformances and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Support risk management and ensure timely, compliant delivery.
