Job summary

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
Experience in service cost analysis and cost-driver identification.
Ability to analyze invoices, scrap, yield, and turnaround-time data.
Track technical package implementation across engine projects and overhaul bases.
Collect, validate, and interpret data to verify project benefits.
Develop leading indicator cost insights to support business decisions.
Prepare analytical reports and data packs for Service Cost Gate reviews.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and expansion of cost reduction projects across engine shop visits.
Drive implementation tracking and verification of service costs.
Coordinate with engineering, repair, operations, supply chain and overhaul base teams.
Prepare data packs and analytical reports for gate reviews.
Identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost improvements.
Communicate findings to stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
