Job summary

Infosys is recruiting a Lead Consultant for aerospace engine design in the UK, focusing on aero engine stress analysis and leadership of a stress engineering team. Interfaces with stakeholders and ensures delivery against quality, safety, cost and schedule targets.

You will guide high-level stress analysis tasks, mentor engineers, manage priorities, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within an engineering community.

Qualifications

• Experience with turbomachinery components in power or aviation.
• Knowledge of aero engine modules: Rotatives, Compressors, Turbines, Combustors, Structures & Casings.
• Hands-on structural stress and vibration analysis of aero engine components.
• Experience with DOE, RCA and field failure analysis and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and stress specialists.
• Lead and develop a team of stress engineers; deliver technical excellence.
• Drive outputs to meet quality, safety, cost and schedule targets.
• Mentor engineers and manage priorities for successful delivery.
