Your Recruiters Limited is seeking a Sales Representative for the Aerospace metal market in Sutton Coldfield. The role focuses on promoting and selling Aluminum, Titanium, Steel, and related products.

You will manage a defined territory, handle quotes, and coordinate orders with the Sales Manager. This permanent, full-time position offers a base salary of £32,000–£35,000 per year (DOE) plus generous commission, with a 40-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm).

Formación

• Preferred not essential sales/business development experience within metal/aerospace distribution or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a customer base in a defined territory.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell all company products to the Aerospace Market (Aluminum, Titanium, Steel, other metals).
• Develop and maintain customer base in assigned territory; track and update records.
• Make cold calls to new accounts and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Provide timely quotes and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Enter orders into StelPlan and process related purchase requests.
• Visit customers in territory and conduct scheduled meetings with Sales Manager.
• Communicate market feedback, lead times, and competitor activity to Sales Management.
