Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our specialist metals team. The role focuses on developing new business, managing existing customer relationships and selling aluminium, titanium and steel to aerospace customers.

You will identify and win new accounts, negotiate prices and respond to enquiries promptly while maintaining the highest standards of service and product knowledge. This is a field-based, target-driven position in a metal supply context.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in sales, negotiation and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers through cold calling and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and secure sales.
• Process customer orders and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and product availability.
• Promote new products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
