Job summary

Stirling Dynamics is recruiting a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to join the Quality team, supporting supplier assessments, audits, and design-for-manufacture activities for high-end aircraft simulator components. The role focuses on ensuring production readiness and conformity in a regulated environment.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and interacts with Procurement, Engineering and Production to strengthen supplier relationships and drive improvements across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assess suppliers' manufacturing credentials and conduct supplier option reviews.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits (remote or on-site) to verify control, capability, and capacity.
• Provide Design For Manufacture (DFM) guidance during product development and participate in design reviews.
• Support PPAP/production part approval processes and related documentation (FAI/FAIR).
• Manage product non-conformances and concessions with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with bids/tendering to address supply chain requirements and drive improvements in the quality management system.
