Job summary

AVIC Cabin Systems UK seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead Goods Receipt, Stores, Kitting, Despatch and Logistics across two regulated aerospace sites. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Quality and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and robust governance.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, focus on continuous improvement, and deliver SQCDP outcomes while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management, including warehousing, inventory management and logistics.
• Experience operating ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Goods Receipt, Stores, Kitting, Despatch and Logistics.
• Establish and maintain governance across supply chain disciplines.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering and Operations to resolve issues.
• Deliver performance against SQCDP objectives with robust management and corrective actions.
• Represent Supply Chain during leadership reviews, audits and regulatory assessments.
