- Extensive experience in machining and precision manufacturing.
- Proven track record in NPI and industrialisation.
- Lean initiatives and cost-reduction delivery.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead a ~20-strong engineering team.
- Own NPI and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Drive Lean and OEE improvements site-wide.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain.
- Set priorities and deliver against business goals.
- Provide technical leadership on processes and equipment.
- Support development of future manufacturing capability.
