Rolls-Royce in Annesley is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician to join the CRF Facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a range of advanced manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on high-precision systems.

The role requires an engineering apprenticeship with electrical/electronic or mechanical emphasis and NVQ Level 3, along with experience in PLC/HMI, CNC tools, robotics and control systems.

Formación

• Time-served engineering apprenticeship in electrical/electronic or mechanical discipline with NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with fault diagnosis and RCA experience.
• Experience with PLC/HMI and CNC machine tools, robotics, and control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on complex machines and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs within time constraints.
• Interface with operations and service leaders to deliver professional engineering service.
• Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for contracts and contractor supervision.
