Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician for our CRF Facility in Annesley. The role focuses on maintaining complex machines, performing preventive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on high-precision equipment used in aerospace manufacturing.

Candidates should have a time-served engineering apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 and experience with electrical/electronic systems, control systems, and electro-mechanical equipment. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering with NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong fault diagnosis and RCA skills and experience.
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment including PLC/HMI multi-axes CNC, robotic systems, hydraulic and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed preventive maintenance following equipment schedules.
• Conduct fault diagnosis, repairs and RCA, update CMMS data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Services Leader and OEMs to support service contracts.
