Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Solihull is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician (Mechatronics) to support the Manufacturing Services Leader and Engineer in diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of production equipment across the plant. The role requires a time-served apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 with basic mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics understanding, plus IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on production equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics and manuals for diagnostics.
• Coordinate preventive and planned maintenance with production staff.
• Analyse equipment data to improve maintenance strategies.
• Support induction and cross-training of team members.
