Job summary

Airbus Belfast is seeking a proactive Logistics Agent to act as the primary shop-floor liaison across our Assembly and Fabrications operations, working a continental shift pattern. You will drive operational efficiency by keeping production lines moving, optimizing asset utilization, and maintaining world-class data integrity across Airbus operational systems.

Candidates must have a minimum of a HNC + 2 years' relevant experience or 3+ years' direct relevant experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a HNC + 2 years' relevant experience; OR 3+ years of direct relevant experience without further formal education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in handling dynamic and static data analytics and managing technical/logistics computer systems (MRP, non-conformance systems, MS Office / Google Office).
• Shift working as part of a Logistics team and with an operational team.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate build sequences, line-of-balance metrics and systems to manage kit deliveries and parts flow.
• Serve as embedded supply chain focal point in daily shop-floor meetings to resolve constraints.
• Process non-conformance demands, scrap, rejections and shortages; execute transactions across key platforms (TIPQA, MAXIM).
• Conduct regular shop-floor audits to maintain data accuracy and generate operational documentation.
