Job summary

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a proactive Logistics Agent to act as the primary shop-floor liaison across Assembly and Fabrications, driving efficiency by keeping production lines moving and optimizing asset utilization on a continental shift pattern.

This on-site role requires experience with ERP and data systems, strong collaboration with operations and planning teams, and a commitment to data accuracy and timely kit deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC with 2 years relevant experience, or 3+ years direct relevant experience without further education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in handling data analytics and managing technical/logistics computer systems (MRP, non-conformance systems, MS Office / Google Office).

Responsibilities

• Interrogate build sequences, line-of-balance metrics, and operational systems to manage kit deliveries and parts flow.
• Act as the embedded supply chain focal point in daily shop-floor meetings with operations, planners, and service providers.
• Process non-conformance demands, scrap, rejections, and ensure accurate supply transactions across key management platforms (TIPQA, MAXIM).
• Conduct shop-floor audits to maintain data accuracy and generate operational documentation and orders for hardware/AGS components.
