HR Dept (Recruitment Agency) is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to proactively generate and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers in the aerospace coatings and composites sector.

You will promote product features and value-added services, support campaigns with the marketing team, and manage customer inquiries while maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving sales targets.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in internal sales, BD, or customer-focused sales.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with MS Office and CRMs.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively generate and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers via outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer requirements to identify sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits and value-added services.
• Support promotional campaigns and lead generation with the marketing team.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and KPI adherence.
• Route opportunities to Technical Sales Manager for closure.
• Assist in preparation of quotations, RFQs, and bid submissions.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for customers and pipeline.
• Stay informed on product developments and market trends.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
