Your Recruiters Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for a permanent contract in Minworth. The role focuses on managing and growing a defined customer base, processing orders, and delivering excellent service within an aerospace/defence context.

Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours). Salary is £28,080 per year, with duties including account maintenance, order processing, and proactive sales development in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer base within assigned territory
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Reactivate dormant accounts and provide exceptional service
• Process and manage customer orders
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to generate revenue
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely responses to inquiries
• Collaborate with internal departments and contribute to sales development initiatives
• Maintain accounts and credit integrity within assigned territory
• Provide feedback to management and administrative departments
