Job summary

Airbus is recruiting three Business Change Agents at Broughton to drive continuous improvement within the Operational Teams. You will report to the Integration Manager and work with the Business Improver to support future rate steps.

The roles are 6-month contracts with a 35-hour week, based at the Broughton site. Successful candidates will obtain BPSS+ clearance and join a dedicated improvement program.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering improvement projects with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to liaise with a wide range of people across functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust management and resource process for CI projects.
• Liaise with leaders, managers, technicians and operators to drive change.
• Support continuous improvement activities and reporting across the site.
