Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Business Change Agent for a 6-month contract, onsite in Broughton, with extension potential. The role reports to the Integration Manager and supports the Operational Business Development Manager.

You will drive continuous improvement projects, liaise with leaders and shop floor teams, and contribute to safety and efficiency through KPI reporting and asset risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering improvement projects.
• Excellent communication skills with autonomy.
• Knowledge of EHS processes and procedures is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust management and resource process for Continuous Improvement projects.
• Drive improvements through measurement and reporting of KPI's.
• Support 5-10 year investment strategy including asset risks and replacements.
• Assist in CP, TCO, and PUWER assessments and monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enable roadmaps and tactical implementation plans.
