Job summary

Belcan is recruiting three Configuration Managers to support a high-profile aerospace client in East Buckinghamshire. You will lead configuration planning, baselines and BOMs, and drive change control across critical programmes including data migration and restoration of data integrity.

Ideal candidates will have CM experience in engineering, strong ISO 10007 knowledge, and hands-on Windchill PLM and SAP or ERP exposure. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum configuration management experience in a technical/engineering setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 10007 CM principles.
• Experience with Windchill PLM, product structures and BOM management.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration planning for complex engineering programmes.
• Manage configuration baselines, product structures and BOMs in PLM tools.
• Support design reviews including PDRs and CDRs.
• Drive change control processes and co‑chair Change Control Boards.
• Ensure traceability of design changes from concept to implementation.
• Maintain configuration documentation in line with customer and business requirements.
