Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites, based in Bromborough, is recruiting a Composite Laminator. You will join a high-precision team producing carbon/glass fibre composite parts for aerospace.

Full training is provided and you will follow established lay-up, infusion and QA processes. You should have strong manual dexterity and the ability to read detailed drawings, with a proactive approach to solving production issues and maintaining safety in a Cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply processing techniques for aerospace composites (lay-up, infusion, vacuum bagging).
• Strong precision and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for intricate laminate work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a Cleanroom and safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate aerospace composite laminates following approved processes.
• Follow strict work instructions and quality checks.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production flow and safety.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and within Cleanroom requirements.
