Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of machining principles and CNC fundamentals and the ability to read drawings and layouts.
• Time-served apprenticeship in Machining, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline; NVQ Level 3 preferred.
• Siemens 840D control experience is desirable; familiar with multiple CNC machines.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC and NC machining equipment (WFL/Mecof 6-axis).
• Manufacture precision aerospace components to drawings and specs.
• Carry out machine set-ups and tool changes.
• Maintain high quality standards and support continuous improvement.
• Work safely and efficiently within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to delivering products across commercial, business and military programmes worldwide.
