You will drive manufacturing excellence through process development, industrialisation, continuous improvement and technical support to the team.

Qualifications

• CNC programming expertise in MillTurn, 5-axis machining and turning.
• CAD/CAM experience with CATIA, HyperMILL and Vericut.
• Strong machining, tooling and process development knowledge.
• Experience solving complex manufacturing challenges.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerancing.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Engineering qualifications or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CNC programs for MillTurn, 5-axis machining, and turning.
• Support machining process development, tooling and process improvements.
• Prove out and troubleshoot CNC programs on the shop floor.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost and delivery.
• Support new product introduction and industrialisation activities.
• Create and validate CAD/CAM programs using CATIA, HyperMILL and Vericut.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure safety and quality compliance.
