Qualifications

• Experience setting up 3 and 5 axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings precisely.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges).
• Knowledge of safety, quality and continuous improvement in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor 3, 5, and 6 axis CNC machines to manufacture precision aircraft components.
• Machining to specification using detailed drawings and layouts with high concentration.
• Maintain tooling, loading programs, and report non-conformances to leaders.
• Ensure 6S housekeeping, calibration of measurement equipment, and traceability data.
