Job summary

Safran is seeking a Business Development Manager to support aftermarket sales and growth across helicopter, regional & business aviation, and civil aircraft segments in the United Kingdom. The role emphasizes building a 12-24 month strategic pipeline, sustaining pipeline coverage, and driving bid win rates.

You will work within a small team to align with business objectives and customer engagements for sustainable long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace aftermarket sales or business development.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Power BI skills.
• Existing customer relationships preferred.
• Degree in Business or related field; aerospace degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of aftermarket sales and growth targets.
• Build and maintain a 12-24 month strategic opportunity pipeline.
• Improve bid processes and RFQ turnaround times.
• Develop customer relationships and market intelligence for the business.
