Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading aerospace aftermarket programmes.
• Degree-qualified with experience across repair, overhaul or spares.
• Experience managing in-service products through the aftermarket lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftermarket programme activities to meet customer, contractual and business objectives.
• Manage spares, repairs and product support performance, ensuring availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor in-service product performance and coordinate technical investigations.
• Manage programme cost, schedule, revenue and risks with corrective actions as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial.
• Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to boost profitability.
• Manage customer and supplier relationships, including contractual changes and pricing.
