Job summary

Safran S.A. in the United Kingdom (Wolverhampton) is seeking a Business Development Manager to support aftermarket sales and growth targets across Large Commercial, Regional & Business, and Helicopter segments.

Qualifications

Knowledge of aerospace aftermarket industry practices and business models.
Understanding of helicopter, regional & business and civil aircraft markets.
Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI.
Business degree preferred; Aerospace Engineering degree an advantage.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains a 12-24 month strategic opportunity pipeline aligned to priorities.
Maintains pipeline coverage beyond annual sales targets with milestones.
Leverage market insight and customer engagement to drive growth.
Directly supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Supports development and deployment of marketing and sales plans.
Gathers market intelligence and feeds BI/Proposal teams.
Drives bid management and improves RFQ turnaround times.
