Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking an Advice Proposition Consultant for a 6-month contract in Swindon, with hybrid work requiring 2-3 days on site. The role focuses on defining new advisor processes and understanding the regulatory backdrop, supporting systems, communications and contractual changes.

You will lead the rollout to advisers, explaining changes and helping them adopt new ways of working. A background in wealth, mortgages or platforms and credibility with advisers are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on advice experience required.
• Former adviser who moved into proposition/regulatory work preferred.
• Background in wealth, mortgages or platforms is desirable.
• Track record on large delivery or change programmes in financial services.
• Regulatory knowledge you have actively applied, FCA-facing work beneficial.
