Job summary

Saputo is looking for an early-career Category & Insight analyst to grow with the team in Weybridge. You will transform data into actionable insights to drive commercial and marketing decisions and support brand trackers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor-mentoring from senior staff, and have exposure to category fundamentals while developing your career within the Category & Insight group. Hybrid work with some in-office time is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own weekly & monthly reports delivered on-time with accuracy to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with data agencies and run WIP calls; own database coding.
• Support customer-facing conversations with tactical accounts with commercial input.
• Assist in developing annual brand trackers across categories.
• Own the A&P tracker and contribute to annual forecasting.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is ambitious and has identified Category Management as a route they want to grow into - either fresh out of university, having gained a relevant degree, or already an analyst & looking to join a company whose portfolio includes the Nation's favorite cheese brand Cathedral City as well as a range of other well known Butter & Spreads brands.

You'll be part of a high-performing & expanding Category & Insight team, recognised for delivering results through analytical excellence and strategic thinking. Be part of creating meaningful growth for both our business and our retail partners.

Working closely with a range of colleagues across different functions you will be the analytical engine for the team, responsible for transforming data into clear, actionable insight that drives commercial and marketing decisions. This role gives excellent exposure to category & insight fundamentals & we will look to mentor and develop you, setting you up for future success within our wider Category & Insight team.

This role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

• Taking full ownership of business-critical weekly & monthly reports, delivering these on-time and with accuracy to key stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day relationships with key data agencies, including running the fortnightly WIP calls & taking full ownership of database coding
• Supporting customer-facing conversations with tactical accounts, working closely with colleagues across the commercial & marketing functions
• Supporting the Insights Manager with the development of the annual brand trackers across all our categories
• Taking full ownership of the A&P tracker for the C&I team, tracking progress with the team, and supporting in the development of the annual forecast
