Citizens Advice Ltd is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the debt caseworkers and outreach advisers in Eastbourne. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to align team activities with the delivery of high-quality advice to clients.

We have a vacancy for a new role managing our team of debt caseworkers and outreach advisers as well as overseeing quality of advice in our general advice service.
