Job summary

Expedia Group Advertising is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs. This full‑time role is located in London or Madrid, and you will lead live trainings, onboarding, and sales events while partnering with Sales, Product and Analytics to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communications.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising products.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute with minimal direction.
• Training program design experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience leveraging AI for content production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain existing EGA sales training program.
• Develop training and onboarding content to continue to improve sales skills of the Sales team.
• Use Seismic to build engaging content and modules for interactive trainings.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Analytics to include the proper measurements for sales success.
• Deliver live training and planning sessions as required.
• Partner with other Field Operation team members on cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving sales productivity.
