Job summary
SAIC is seeking an Adversary Operations Chief for the COBRA program at Royal Air Force Lakenheath in Brandon, United Kingdom. The role requires fighter pilot experience and deep knowledge of US Air Force and Joint Force TTPs. You will coordinate live, virtual, and constructive training and debriefs, integrating EW and LVC capabilities with daily flight operations within a multi-domain context. This is a contract/global program.
Qualifications
Fighter pilot experience in 4th/5th Gen aircraft and Joint experience preferred.
Instructor/evaluator hours in relevant flight training.
US citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
Act as Red Mission Commander for daily training and debriefs.
Direct real-time scenario pacing to meet learning objectives.
Program and integrate emitter systems and threat models for training.
Lead coordination between the 48 FW and 19 EWS to synchronize threat data with operations.
Prepare and present USAF/Joint/Allied air warfare briefings and planning documents.
