Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Consultant to lead the Red Team within the Cyber & Security Solutions Division. The role blends remote work with on-site collaboration at Leonardo UK and client locations, supporting a global aerospace and defence organisation.

You will drive the Red Team, contribute to external engagements, and ensure effective delivery of adversary simulations, purple team activities, and pentesting engagements.

Qualifications

• Familiar with coding languages used in offensive security (C, C#, Python, JS, Go, Rust).
• Experience delivering red team engagements across adversary simulations and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and CAF frameworks and how to apply to reporting.
• Relevant red team/pentesting certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEP, OSED, OSCE).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and improve the Red Team capability and engagements.
• Deliver comprehensive adversarial simulations, purple team activities, and post-engagement reporting.
• Manage cloud environments and infrastructure for security tooling deployments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers across sites.
