Job summary

Information Gateways Inc. is seeking an experienced AOC Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of Combat Air Forces and Mobility Air Forces training programs in Langley, UK.

You will coordinate with ACC and USAF staff to ensure proper guidance, governance, and readiness across IQT, MQT, and CT programs. The role requires program management expertise, ISD familiarity, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external commands.

Qualifications

• USAF Training program management experience.
• Experience in HQ USAF staffs environment or equivalent.
• Experience with AOC program and funding actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of CAF/MAF AOC training programs.
• Review and publish guidance for AOC training and evaluation.
• Liaise with intelligence, weather, airspace, and information operations functions.
• Manage and maintain LMS and records for the AOC training branch.
