What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and evaluate sales training programs using various learning platforms
- Conduct sales training aligned with departmental standards for new and existing associates
- Prepare new sales representatives through orientation and individual coaching plans
- Build collaborative relationships with subject matter experts to identify training needs
- Utilize DBS for ongoing process improvement and solicit feedback from training participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, adult learning theory, or related field AND 7+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree AND 5+ years OR PhD AND 3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or similar role
- Field Seller experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications in sales training
- Previous experience with the employer, another Danaher Operating Company, or in the Life Science or Biotech industry
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or customer experience
- Background in designing and delivering professional training, especially in sales
