About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at ReemRose. As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our B2B software sales efforts. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and promote our cutting-edge software solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present tailored software solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the software B2B sector.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our software products and services to meet client needs effectively.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Additional certifications in sales or software development are a plus.

    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.

    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.

    • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.
