Operose Health in Nottingham is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre. The role is 15 hours (Wednesdays and Fridays) with a salary up to £60,000, depending on experience.

Applicants should be NMC registered with advancing clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing. A Level 7 MSc Practitioner is preferred, with ACP status also considered. A supportive team at an at-scale primary care provider awaits your expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC registered nurse with advancing clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing.
• Experience in a Primary Care setting is essential.
• Minor injury and illness qualification is essential.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; ACP status may be considered.

Responsabilités

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

What we look for in new colleagues:

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
• It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
