Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust seeks an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic Care Practitioner for the Cheshunt Minor Injuries Unit. This permanent, full-time post is an AfC Band 7 role, joining a small, capable team dedicated to high-quality care.

The successful candidate will provide autonomous clinical care, interpret imaging, and manage patient flow within the unit, under supervision to meet professional standards.

Formación

• Must have current NMC/HCPC registration and be able to work autonomously.
• Experience in advanced clinical assessment and management of minor injuries is essential.
• Proven ability to interpret clinical pathways and NICE guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced autonomous clinical assessments, investigations, diagnoses, and treatments or referrals within approved pathways.
• Deliver high quality health care to patients within the Minor Injuries Service.
• Work towards core competencies as an advanced nurse/care practitioner with supervision.
• Interpret radiographs and follow agreed treatment pathways, completing IRMER compliance.
