Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Senior Practitioners for the MIiU/ED at North Cotswold Hospital. The role is permanent, 18 hours per week with 07:45–20:15 shifts and 6-hour blocks (8–2, 2–8).

The hours are 18 hours per week. 07:45 - 20:15 shift and 6 hour shifts, 8-2 and 2-8 We seek experienced & self-directed Senior Practitioners with a passion and commitment to the care they deliver & who hold patient experience and care at the heart of their practice and share our organisational values. You will need to be motivated and enthusiastic in your role & looking for an opportunity to join our highly skilled team of autonomous Emergency Practitioners who deliver evidence -based clinical care in our Practitioner Led Unit. North Cotswold Hospital has a dedicated minor injury & illness unit (MiiU) open 7 days a week. In addition to patients walking into the unit we also facilitate ledgers for 111 booked appointments and planned returns ., Based in the MIiU, you will be required to provide a high standard of care to Adult & Paediatric patients who present with minor injuries and illness.

We also offer the opportunity of training with a preceptor to support the transition induction period and ongoing professional development. A valid UK driving licence plus the use of own transport for business purposes is essential.
