Job summary

FCMS (NW) LTD is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our inclusion health services. The role will be based at Newfield House, Blackpool, with 15 hours per week and a salary range of £28.48–£31.73 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will work under the Head of Clinical Workforce and support complex, vulnerable patient groups. We offer NHS Pension, Cycle to Work, career development opportunities and a supportive MDT.

Qualifications

• Autonomous practice as required in community settings.
• Ability to prescribe within scope and guidelines.
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis and management of minor illness.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously as an independent clinician and prescriber.
• Support management to meet QOF targets.
• Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff.
• Develop and support new opportunities within inclusion health services.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records in line with policies.
