Job summary

FCMS (NW) LTD is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Compass Medical Practice, Blackpool. The role involves autonomous clinical work within the inclusion health service, with emphasis on safe prescribing and complex case management.

Salary £28.48–£31.73 per hour for 15 hours per week, not sponsor-supported, based at Newfield House. Closing date 04 October 2026. NHS pension and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical practitioner with autonomous practice within inclusion health.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach when dealing with vulnerable groups.
• Experience in a GP/community setting and prescriber responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously, assessing, diagnosing, treating and referring patients within agreed parameters.
• Support management to meet QOF targets and supervise junior staff.
• Provide advanced clinical skills and leadership within a multidisciplinary team at the practice.
