Job summary

FCMS (NW) LTD is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Inclusion Health in Blackpool. The role involves autonomous practice, prescriber responsibilities, and delivering care to vulnerable populations within the inclusion health program.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN with NMC registration and Nurse Prescriber status.
• Experience delivering telephone consultations and remote assessments.
• Evidence of advanced practice at level 7 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously as an independent practitioner/prescriber within the inclusion health scheme.
• Support management to meet QOF targets and provide staff supervision.
• Deliver advanced clinical care, order/interpret diagnostics within scope of practice.
