Job summary

FCMS (NW) LTD is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for inclusion health. The role is 15 hours per week, with base at Newfield House, Blackpool.

You will work under the Head of Clinical Workforce, with responsibilities including autonomous practice, prescribing within scope, and supporting the care of vulnerable patients in community settings. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Nurse prescriber qualification or evidence of advanced practice at level 7.
• Independent / supplementary prescriber.
• Experience of working in GP practice or community.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously as an independent practitioner/prescriber, assessing and managing patients within agreed parameters.
• Support management to meet QOF targets and develop opportunities.
• Provide advanced clinical skills and leadership within the team.
