The Red House Surgery seeks a highly motivated, experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dedicated, multidisciplinary clinical team providing a high standard of care for our practice population of 22,000 patients.

The ANP role involves assisting the Duty Team with daily triage, telephone consultations, face-to-face consultations, and a daily home visit as required.
The successful applicant will demonstrate critical thinking skills to make safe clinical decisions, following practice policies and procedures. They will work collaboratively with practice colleagues to provide a high standard of care and meet patient needs.

We have three partners and a team including salaried doctors, retainer doctors, Physician Associates, nurses, GPAs, physiotherapists, clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, and social prescribers.
We have a strong interest in teaching and training medical students and GP trainees. We play an active role in Cantab PCN.
