Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

• Degree in Social Work
• SWE Registration
• Right to work within the UK
Working hours 09.00 – 17.00
• Access to a car
• Manage duty desk within the older adult CMHT
• Complete assessments in the community following new referrals
• Hold a small case load for care coordination
• Role is office based but includes home / care home visits to complete assessments. Flexi working can be negotiated.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

• A professional qualification in social work
• Social Work England registration.
• Enhanced DBS/Update service.
• References required for the last 5 years of employment.
