Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs across our home and community settings.

You will join a dedicated staff team, safeguard adults, and help deliver stimulating activities while maintaining dignity and independence for those in care.

Qualifications

• Safeguard young adults at all times.
• Support with recreational events.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with the young adults.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review changes to needs and record any updates.
• Actively contribute to the development of the team.
