Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Carlisle, supporting adults aged 18+ with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. You will provide person-centred support to promote independence, choice, and wellbeing, while encouraging community participation and daily living skills in a respectful, safe environment.
