Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.

We provide support 24 hours a day, so some weekends will be required. Our shift patterns are 9am - 9pm, 9am - 3pm, 3pm - 9pm and waking nights (9pm - 9am).
In this service, we support a gentleman to live in his own home, ensuring he has the opportunity to live the best life possible. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will join an experienced staff team who help support the service by providing great, person-centred support. You will also support with care planning, auditing and the general day to day tasks required within the service, while providing direct support. This role enables you to build on your current skills, while still having a positive impact on the person we support's day to day life.
